Es Fangar revived viticulture on the estate in 2004 and today its vineyard covers 56 hectares. The winery combines local grape varieties with international varieties, while its wines are certified organic, vegan and vegetarian.

THE ESTATE
Old roots.
New wine.
The property's recorded history stretches back centuries. After phylloxera devastated Mallorca's vineyards in the nineteenth century, vines were eventually replanted at Es Fangar in 2004. Its current bodega opened in 2016, bringing modern winemaking into a landscape of vineyards, pine, olive and carob trees.
